We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders of £40 and over (after any discounts are applied) to Mainland United Kingdom (“UK”) addresses. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

We are not currently able to deliver to Republic of Ireland, British Isles, BFPO or PO Box addresses nor offer international shipping to other countries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please ensure you include the correct email and mobile telephone information with your order to receive updates from the courier, which also gives you delivery options if you cannot receive the parcel that day.

Delivery Costs and Times

Orders are dispatched and deliveries are made on working days only. Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day after reciept, however there are occasions where this might not be possible.

We use DPD/Yodel/UPS and DHL as our courier of choice. Please note that Munchkin reserves the right to change or modify this choice at any time without notice.

We aim to deliver all parts of an order together however, on occasion, order delivery may be split. the courier will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver to your delivery address. If not successful, your order will be returned to us. You may incur further delivery costs to resend; in this case our Customer Satisfaction team will contact you to advise before proceeding.

Shipment Schedule

All orders placed on the Munchkin.co.uk site will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

  • Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed on the Friday or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Working days are 8.30am – 4.30pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday.


Our order outer packaging (ie. box, paper filler and paper tape) is recyclable in household recycling. We aim to deliver orders in the most appropriate box size we have and continue to review how we can improve the sustainability of our packaging.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on Munchkin.co.uk. Products bought from other retailers must be returned to them. Please refer to the retailer's returns policy for full instructions.

Unless faulty, to be eligible for a return, your product must be unused in the original packaging, with all tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to reject items returned in unsatisfactory condition.

How to Return Items

To return your Munchkin.co.uk order, email our Customer Satisfaction team at careline@munchkin.co.uk within thirty (30) days of your purchase to initiate a return. We aim to respond within two (2) working days of receipt of your email.

Please provide the following information in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Munchkin.co.uk order number (eg: 1100XXXXXX)
  • Contact phone number
  • Item and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • In the case of faulty or damaged items, photos or a video of the fault
Unless the return is due to a faulty product or fulfilment error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of returning any items. We recommended that you get proof of postage or use a tracked service when returning items to us as the package remains your responsibility until we have received it and we cannot issue refunds on items we have not received.

We make refunds onto the original payment method used to place the order. If you return all items within your order, the original delivery cost you paid will be refunded in addition to the cost of the items. If you return some but not all items within your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded. If you purchase an item at a discounted price, we will refund to that value.

We will confirm to you via email when your return has been accepted. Please allow up to ten (10) working days for the funds to transfer to your bank account and appear on statement.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your products are received damaged or faulty, please email our Customer Satisfaction team at careline@munchkin.co.uk with the information listed above so we can help you further.

If you request a replacement item (upon confirmation that it is damaged or faulty), it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.

Munchkin, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Delivery and Returns Policy (the "Policy"), at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Your statutory rights are not affected.
