For products purchased from Munchkin.com, should a defect appear within 12 months from the date of purchase, proof of purchase is required. Products should be returned to the address below. We are unable to refund the cost of the postage, and we recommend sending the returned products back via a tracked postage service. Products are posted at your own risk. If the product is found to be defective, we will refund the cost of the item. Please note that refunds will be made within 14 days of return receipt of goods.
Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.
