But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your order for a full refund, replacement, or exchange of the item cost within 14 days of the purchase date. You must notify our Customer Satisfaction team by email or post confirming that you wish to cancel your order, quoting your order reference number.
This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on Munchkin.com. This policy covers both Munchkin and Lindam branded products.
Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.
Return Item via Email or In Writing
Our Consumer Satisfaction Team is happy to help. Please contact them via email or in writing for assistance.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked by us, if the goods have been returned in a satisfactory condition, we will refund the original price, including outward postage and packaging costs, via your credit or debit card. If the goods are returned in a poor state the refund will be adjusted accordingly with the diminished value of the goods.
Please note that refunds will be made within 14 days of return receipt of goods. We are unable to refund any return postage costs unless the goods are found to be faulty as supplied.
For reasons of hygiene, Munchkin feeding bottles, teats, feeding items, teethers and soothers are non returnable if they have been unsealed and removed from packaging, unless they are found to be faulty.
All electrical items must be returned complete with power cabled and accessories supplied.
We cannot accept returns of individual items which have been sold as part of a kit.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Munchkin, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Return and Shipping policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Return and Shipping policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Should a defect appear within 12 months from the date of purchase, proof of purchase and where applicable warranty documentation is required. We will undertake to repair or replace at our discretion, without charge, any products which are shown to be defective as a result of a defect in materials or manufacturing. Products should be returned to the above address. We are unable to refund the cost of the postage, and we recommend sending the returned products back via a tracked postage service. Products are posted at your own risk. This is in accordance with our exchange and refund policy. If the product is found to be defective and non reparable, we will send a toy to cover postage when sent back faulty items.
